If you purchased products from RxFormula directly, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee (from ship date) on all products, no questions asked.

We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
